LOCATIONS AND AVAILABILITY
I’m proud to now offer personal training at two Sudbury locations — my dance studio in Val Caron (2891 Martin Road) and through my new partnership with Apex Warrior in the South End. This gives my clients flexibility to train where it feels best for them.
I’m also available in Toronto, where I continue to work with clients one-on-one and adapt to their schedule and space. No matter the location, my goal is to make movement accessible and meaningful.
